Cannot return an item that has not even been prepared for shipment.. ordered on the 10/08 and zero progress has been made. Non refundable and no other way to track the item. Needed for a concert on the 31/8 and hasn’t even been prepared yet ..
It came as advertised fits great as a oversized hoodie and it is comfortable.
