As a general rule, we can do returns for any items that are for size exchanges or for rare occasions where an item is reported as damaged.
RETURN / EXCHNAGE PROCESS TYPICALLY TAKES A WEEK ONCE WE GET YOU INTO SYSTEM
NOTE ON EXCHANGES: Not accepted if it has been 10 days after the product has been RECIEVED, in the case of a size exchange please allow 7-10 days for a replacement to be provided
Return timeframe must be within 4 weeks of the product received and if its for a damaged item, the buyer must provide reasonable proof that the item was damaged before they received it.
CANCELLATIONS: Are only allowed withing 48 hours of ordering, and will not be accepted if item has been shipped or is in transit.
For most cases, we will cover exchange shipment cost if it is an exchange. Please note for the certain times when either shipping costs are tremendously high or buyer did not adhere to above guidelines that we may ask for the person to cover shipping cost.

Process wise, the company messed up my order and it got shipped just under a month late after I had to email, but I’m not gonna make my rating a 4 because I got a good sale on the sweatshirt and it’s so fire
